2. Reservation Conditions
By making a reservation through our website, you accept the following service conditions managed directly by Horizon:
2.1. Cancellation Policy & No-Shows
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the number of guests. Horizon reserves the right to apply charges for "No-Shows" or late cancellations on specific dates or special events.
2.2. Late Arrival Tolerance
Tables will be held for a courtesy period of 15 minutes. After this time, the reservation may be released to other guests on the waiting list, though we will attempt to accommodate you if availability permits.
2.3. Allergies & Intolerances
It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking or to the staff before ordering. Horizon manages food safety protocols but cannot guarantee the total absence of traces (cross-contamination) in all cases.
3. Data & Reservation Management
We inform you that Four Horizons Experience Group, S.L. acts as the data controller and direct manager of your personal data and the reservation platform. We do not transfer the management of your reservations to third parties without your explicit consent.
Technology Provider (Nova)
The technological infrastructure of the reservation system is provided by Orbital Leap Technologies, S.L. ("Nova"), acting as a data processor to guarantee the security, availability, and proper functioning of the digital reservation platform.
Your data is processed solely for the correct provision of the restaurant service, reservation confirmation, and, if authorized, sending commercial communications.

4. Intellectual Property
The website design, source code, logos (including the "Horizon" brand), images, and other contents are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
5. Legislation and Jurisdiction
The relationship between Horizon and the user is governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid capital.
